We visited the factory that produces the ceremonial matcha we proudly serve at Matchérie - the very place where our tencha is blended, sterilised, and finely ground.

A quiet reminder to slow down — to whisk, sip, and be present in the small rituals that make up our day.

Gula Melaka Pandan Hojicha Latte
An ode to home, inspired by the streets of Melaka where the scent of pandan and gula melaka fills the air. This latte blends smoky hojicha with the sweetness of gula melaka and the fragrance of pandan — a little taste of where I come from, hand-whisked into every cup.

We did a little menu testing night with friends — can’t wait for you to try what we’ve been working on 🫶
